Your collection
How do I build a box?
Open Build a box, choose your pieces and select the size or length for each item. Your selection appears beside the collection, where you can adjust quantities.
Where do my saved pieces go?
Tap the heart in the header to open your saved pieces. From there, you can add them to your box. Your saved pieces stay in this browser.
How do I choose a size or length?
Use the dropdown on the product page or in the box builder. Choose each piece’s size separately when building a set.
Can I customise a set?
Yes. Choose a set from Shop sets to open it in the box builder, then add or remove pieces and adjust your selection.
Orders & delivery
Can I place an order yet?
Orders are not open yet. You can explore the collection, save favourites and build your box.
Where can I find shipping information?
Visit Shipping. Delivery destinations, charges and estimated times will be confirmed before orders open.
What is the returns and exchanges policy?
Visit Returns & exchanges. The final policy will be available before orders open.
