What we collect

When you join the founding list, Kairos collects the email address you enter, the form location, the page address, and the date and time recorded by our form provider. We do not collect payment information on this site.

Why we collect it

We use this information to send launch news, product details, the founding offer if you qualify, and occasional Kairos notes. We do not sell your personal information.

Consent and choice

Submitting the form means you consent to these messages. You can unsubscribe through any marketing email. You may also message @kairoscrafted on Instagram to ask about access, correction, or deletion.

Service provider and retention

Form submissions are processed and stored by Formspree on Kairos’s behalf. We keep founding-list information only while it is reasonably needed for launch communication, offer administration, legal obligations, or until you withdraw consent.

02 / Founding offer

First 100.
Twenty-five off.

The first 100 valid, verified email addresses captured through the Kairos founding-list forms are eligible to receive one 25% discount code when ordering opens.

• Eligibility is based on the successful submission timestamp recorded by the form provider.
• The code is for one use by the eligible subscriber and applies to the merchandise subtotal of their first order.
• Shipping and taxes are excluded. The code has no cash value and cannot be combined with another promotion.
• Duplicate, invalid, automated, or fraudulent entries do not qualify.
• Eligible members will receive the code at the email address submitted when the collection opens for ordering.

03 / Currency

A useful estimate.
A clear final total.

Planned product prices are set in Canadian dollars. The worldwide display-currency selector uses daily reference exchange rates when available and is provided only as an estimate.

The checkout will show the currency actually charged, the final exchange treatment, shipping, taxes, duties, and full order total before payment. Your bank or card provider may apply its own conversion rate or fees.

04 / Fulfilment

Shipping and returns.

Kairos is not accepting orders yet, so no shipping promise or return window is being represented on this preview. Before checkout opens, we will publish the destinations served, processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, duties, return window, item-condition requirements, exclusions, and return process.

You will be able to review the applicable terms before placing an order. Nothing on this preview page is a lifetime warranty or unconditional delivery promise.
